What do you offer here at MSF?
We offer personalized one-to-one fitness, nutrition and mindset coaching services. We offer 3 month coaching packages with month to month options available afterwards.
We put an emphasis on education and believe that is one of the parts of our services that sets us apart.
It is our goal here at MSF to help individuals break free from both restrictive and trendy diets, improve their relationship with food, and guide them on how to integrate and implement the knowledge, skills and tools that are passed on to you throughout a coaching program with us so YOU can be successful within your own health and wellness journey.
We are here for you every step of the way.
Coming June 2021, we will also be offering stand along training programs as is, for sale through our MSFitness app. All programs include video models of a certified personal trainer educating you on how to properly execute the movement.
What Does That Mean?
It’s no secret the health and fitness industry is filled with a ton of bullshit.
We’re constantly being sold products that don’t actually do what they tell us they do. Drink this detox, try this fat burner, have some of this magic fat burning coffee (this one is painful), use this carb-blocker, take this magic pill to increase your muscle mass- you get the point.
Then there’s the myths out there that exist and confuse the crap out of people like…
-”eating at night causes weight gain”
-”carbs make you fat”
-”Low-fat” / “fat-free” = “healthy” or “calorie free”
-”Sugar makes you fat”
-”keto is the best way to lose weight”

How does your Education component set you apart from other coaching services?

Having started out his career in public schools teaching High School Special Education working with severely disabled and low functioning population, Michael Scott has taken his own skills and experiences within education and built a curriculum specifically for the individual who is tired of being fed lies by companies in the industry and "influencers" on social media who just want to make a quick dollar and don’t actually care about your long term well being.
The curriculum includes 17-chapters presented in a pre-recorded slide show presentation format. There is a brief assessment/quiz along with each chapter to check for understanding and assure that the learner is processing the information.
There is no fluff, just facts. We make sure to dedicate time on our coaching calls reviewing the curriculum together to assure that you have a solid understanding.
The goal was to create a blueprint/source of knowledge that would be all someone needed in order to be successful and make lasting and sustainable change for themselves.

How Do I Make Contact and Communicate with My Coach?
You have UNLIMITED access to your coach to help you with any questions you may have during your program.
None of that ___ amount of emails or texts a month crap. We are here for our clients from the minute they decide to take the first step with us.
We want you to ask questions, we want to help you gain an understanding, we want you to get everything that you can out of your time with us!
Your coach can be contacted through the MSFitness app where there is direct messaging OR via email where you are guaranteed a response within 24 hours (most always under 12 hours).
The messaging within the app is always your best option.
Depending on the package you select when signing up, you will also have either monthly or bi-weekly live coaching calls with your coach where you will review educational content and work through challenges or obstacles you may be facing in your personal day to day.
Is There A Contract? Is This Month-to-Month Based?
Initially, we require a 3 month (12-week) commitment.
We believe this is adequate time to educate you on our tried and tested methods and strategies for crushing your health and wellness goals effectively while integrating and implementing the tools and skills we pass down to you.
Is this always enough time to help clients reach their own personalized goals? Not necessarily.
However, we do offer extremely affordable month to month options (as low as $79/mo) that clients can choose to continue on with their coaching journey if they wish to.
How Much Does It Cost?
Everybody requires different levels of support.
It would be entirely wrong for us to put together a “one size fits all” package and throw a price at you. This is something that is referenced during the application process and can be seen through the different tiers/packages that are offered.
This is why we have people go through the application process and get on a free 45-minute breakthrough call so we can really take a closer look into your day to day life, schedule, preferences, and determine an appropriate level of support that we believe would best serve you. Let alone if its even a good time for you or that we would be a good fit.
This is personal, individualized, in-depth programming where we tailor everything to you. We want to be the last coaches you ever hire. We want this to be the last time you ever “start”.
We screen our potential clients because we will only work with people who we have the confidence in that they are truly ready for real change.
It's the reason we have such high success rates with clients- we don't take on everybody that comes to us. We take on the ones who are ready.

Money is energy. You have to give to make room to receive.
Most importantly, it doesn't matter who's program you sign up for or who you decide to pursue coaching with. If you don't fully believe in yourself, in the deepest parts of your soul, that you CAN change and CAN be successful, it just won't happen.
Do You Need A Gym Membership?
Absolutely not! A lot of our work focuses on the diet and nutrition aspect as well as simple and basic forms of movement (walking*, jogging, biking, swimming etc.)
In addition, we offer and can create a lot of different home workout programs and exercises for you.
Whether you have minimal equipment or none at all, we can supply you with workout that will challenge and you and help bring about lasting results.
What we really hope to show people here is that it really all comes down to your intake (the diet, what you are consuming on a day to day basis, how well you're managing that, how often you assess and make necessary adjustments, etc.).
You see people out there training their ass off but never getting results- Why do you think that is? They have no solid foundation. You can train and exercise till the cows come home- but if your diet sucks you will spin your wheels- I promise you that.
Who Do You Work With?
We work with males and females over the age of 18. While we do specialize in weight loss, we have a variety of clients with different goals.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle or improve your body composition; we will work together to come up with a plan that is sustainable and suits both your day to day lifestyle and dietary preferences.
Do You Provide Meal Plans?
While we do work together to come up with some sample plans and ideas to get started out with, we ultimately believe meal plans are not sustainable nor are they enjoyable to follow.
We treat them as if they are training wheels on a bicycle. We start with a lot of structure, and fade that structure as we make our way through the first 12-weeks together and begin to make our way through the curriculum.
As we continue to grow together, we learn new skills, strategies, and are given new tools. We then take those tools and work towards understanding and implementing the principles of flexible dieting. By doing this, you are continuously educating yourself about food, calories, macronutrients and micronutrients and how these are all connected.
What is Flexible Dieting?
Flexible dieting is a popular and simple weight loss plan that allows foods that fit within your specific daily macronutrient targets. This way of eating provides dieters freedom in their food choices, which may help keep weight off over time and create a positive and healthy relationship with food.
Bottom line- WE DON’T BELIEVE IN RESTRICTING FOODS YOU LOVE.
We also don’t believe that the only way to getting results is by eating like a dog (eating the same thing day in day out) unless you enjoy that form of consistency (which surprisingly, many do).
How Does My Coach Monitor My Progress?
There is a check-in process that is utilized up to twice per week. It’s in this standard process that you report to the coach how your week went, what your current weight is, how well you slept that week, a written reflection on both your energy and stress levels, as well as how well you executed what you needed to execute that week.
In addition to that, your coach can constantly see your day to day data, feedback, and comments all through the MSFitness app.
How Do I Measure My Progress?
The three primary metrics used to measure your progress are weight, measurements and photos.
We believe in using multiple methods to measure your progress versus just one (typically weight). This allows us to ensure you are progressing at the expected rate and allows us to make any changes to your plan as necessary to assure you are getting the most out of your time with us.
In addition, we’re also team #ProgressOverPerfection and love to find the little wins and celebrate those as well.
These could be small behavior changes, creating new habits or swapping them out for old ones, or just simply acknowledging and honoring an action you took that week that you wouldn’t have typically taken prior to starting your journey with us!
We also love to set short term SMART goals with clients. These are smaller accomplishments we aim to achieve about every 2-3 weeks or so. These help keep clients driven, determined and focused on being their absolute best!

We have a variety of video models and demos for hundreds of exercises that we share with you up front that can all be easily found and identified in the same location.
